Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketplace & Social Commerce Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to develop KPIs and strategic initiatives for e-commerce channels
• Optimize e-commerce operations, including product listings and logistics
• Support campaign planning and inventory management while developing reporting dashboards

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations experience with TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other marketplace platforms
• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) required
• Proven ability to build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scalable processes
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace operations
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in dashboards and reporting
