Job Summary
Leading the enterprise strategy for early career development programs, the full-time Senior Manager - Early Career Strategy will ensure alignment with workforce needs, drive program quality, and influence stakeholders across a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Shape and drive the strategy and standards for early career development programs in collaboration with business and HR leaders
- Establish and govern enterprise-wide standards to ensure consistent, high-impact development experiences across businesses
- Partner with University Recruiting to align hiring strategies with program design and ensure a strong talent pipeline
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in talent management, leadership development, or early career programs with a proven impact on talent outcomes
- Proven experience operating in a global, matrixed organization
- Strong analytical capability with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience managing enterprise-level programs, budgets, and resource trade-offs
