Senior Manager, EHS&S

Job Summary

Leading the global Environmental, Health, Safety & Sustainability (EHS&S) initiatives, the full-time Senior Manager, EHS&S will develop and implement comprehensive strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and promote safety and sustainability across eBay's corporate offices, working in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the corporate office EHS program globally, including budget management and developing regional EHS managers
• Improve EHS programs and policies to align with federal, state, local, and international regulations
• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies, managing inspections and compliance reporting

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Environmental Health & Safety, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of building successful global EHS&S programs
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred certifications include Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM), Registered Environmental Manager (REM), and Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
• Strong ethical standards and ability to mentor and build high-performing teams
