Job Summary
Leading email channel strategy for buying group engagement, the full-time Senior Manager, Email Lifecycle Strategy will design and implement scalable email programs that enhance customer journeys while collaborating with various marketing teams in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design email lifecycle strategies tailored to buying group structures, ensuring effective messaging for each stakeholder role
- Translate the buying group go-to-market model into email segmentation and content sequencing aligned with opportunity stages
- Monitor program performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations through quarterly business reviews
Required qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B email or lifecycle marketing with expertise in segmentation strategy and campaign architecture
- Proficiency in Marketo Engage; experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Oracle Eloqua is a plus
- Experience in designing multi-stage lifecycle programs across awareness, consideration, acquisition, and post-sale adoption
- Knowledge of compliance regulations such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA
- Ability to communicate complex email strategies and performance insights to non-email audiences effectively
