Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience leading mid-sized HR teams and developing junior leaders
- 5+ years in designing and implementing scalable HR processes in an operations or shared services role
- Experience building employee service/resource centers for organizations with 5,000+ employees
- Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
- Strong skills in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
