Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Employee Service Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams focused on delivering customer-centric HR support and operational excellence

  • Analyze metrics and reporting to identify operational efficiencies and improve service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience leading mid-sized HR teams and developing junior leaders
  • 5+ years in designing and implementing scalable HR processes in an operations or shared services role
  • Experience building employee service/resource centers for organizations with 5,000+ employees
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Strong skills in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
