• Lead a team of release managers to coordinate the release lifecycle for engineering and product releases
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and high-quality system releases for autonomous driving products
• Oversee impact analysis, manage release artifacts, and facilitate regular release trains and meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of experience in software build, integration, and test systems
• Experience managing a team of direct reports
• Familiarity with complex embedded systems and software release tools
• Experience delivering production systems from prototype to product launch
