Senior Manager, Engineering

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Senior Manager, Engineering (AI & Automation) will focus on delivering AI-powered capabilities to employees, managing automation solutions across various corporate functions, and collaborating closely with Product Management and Architecture teams, with the option to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of 4-8 automation engineers responsible for designing and operating automation solutions
• Serve as a hands-on technical contributor, prototyping AI agents and shipping features alongside the team
• Partner with Product Management to prioritize the automation roadmap and drive operational excellence across the automation portfolio

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software, automation, or systems engineering roles
• 4+ years of management or technical leadership experience with player/coach characteristics
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs and developing integration solutions using APIs
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Workday, NetSuite, or Salesforce
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience
