Senior Manager, Engineering Finance

Job Summary

Managing global engineering budget processes, the full-time Senior Manager, Engineering Finance will oversee budget management, financial reporting, and project oversight while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage global engineering budget, including annual expense and Capex planning, as well as monthly and quarterly forecasts
• Act as accounting owner for the Farmington Engineering center, overseeing monthly closings, allocations, and account reconciliations
• Review and approve business cases for product development projects, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, and FP&A
• Strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of manufacturing cost drivers
• Proven experience leading teams and managing performance
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle JDE, HFM)
