• 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years managing large enterprise accounts
• Advanced knowledge of the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) industry
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven leadership experience in mentoring and managing virtual teams
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in Salesforce.com
