Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational subject matter expert for core banking platform management and vendor relationships
• Own and manage the EA team's intake process, ensuring proper scoping and prioritization of work requests
• Lead outage coordination and application governance activities, maintaining audit readiness and risk management

Required Qualifications

• Degree in a technology field, business, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in information technology, application management, or core banking operations
• Proficiency in core banking and financial technology platforms, with Jack Henry experience preferred
• Certifications such as ECBA, CCBA, or CBAP are preferred
• Understanding of Information Security, Application Governance, and Audit Readiness
