Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CCaaS platform implementations and manage platform health post-implementation
• Oversee the enterprise application portfolio and manage a small team to ensure delivery expectations are met
• Translate client and business needs into technical plans while partnering cross-functionally to drive execution

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in delivering production systems or enterprise applications, including 2-4+ years in people leadership
• Hands-on experience with CCaaS platforms, specifically Genesys and/or Talkdesk
• Strong technical depth in contact center architecture and platform maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-team delivery and manage complex dependencies
• Experience in fast-paced environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated settings
