Senior Manager, Enterprise Collections

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Collections to lead their US Enterprise Collections team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise collections performance for complex accounts, balancing cash outcomes with customer experience
• Lead and develop senior collections talent through coaching and performance management
• Drive enterprise-wide collections strategy and manage escalations and executive-level customer communication

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Billing, or Shared Services
• 5-7+ years of supervisory experience, including leading senior-level teams
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable, including enterprise collections and dispute management
• Proven ability to lead process optimization and automation initiatives
• Working knowledge of SOX controls and policy compliance in a finance operations environment
