Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Enterprise Customer Success Management (CSM) team
- Lead a team of 6-8 CSMs to deliver exceptional customer value and drive account growth
- Own team metrics related to renewal success, account growth, and business value delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing CSM teams in B2B enterprise SaaS
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead a customer-facing team and manage a book of business
- Experience in managing customer renewals and revenue targets
- High business acumen and understanding of revenue team operations
