Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Enterprise Customer Success Management (CSM) team
  • Lead a team of 6-8 CSMs to deliver exceptional customer value and drive account growth
  • Own team metrics related to renewal success, account growth, and business value delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing CSM teams in B2B enterprise SaaS
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a customer-facing team and manage a book of business
  • Experience in managing customer renewals and revenue targets
  • High business acumen and understanding of revenue team operations
