Senior Manager, Enterprise Data

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise data ecosystem, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Enterprise Data will manage the data warehouse, oversee data ingestion and transformation processes, and implement data governance strategies to ensure reliable and secure data for decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the data warehouse and develop optimized pipelines for data ingestion and transformation from various business systems
• Drive the enterprise-wide data governance strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and ensure data quality and compliance
• Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics engineers, prioritizing tasks and fostering a culture of innovation and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering or enterprise data management
• Proven expertise in managing cloud data warehouses, particularly Snowflake
• Hands-on experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, Airflow, and Fivetran
• Experience in implementing data governance frameworks and managing access controls
• Strategic mindset with familiarity in AI/ML applications and SaaS metrics
