Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary

Working remotely across the United States, the full-time salaried Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Management will lead the development and reporting of the Enterprise Risk Management Program, manage risk governance, and prepare high-quality reports for senior management and the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Risk Management Program and Risk Appetite Statement, including identifying Key Risk Indicators
• Prepare comprehensive risk reporting for the Board Risk Committee and senior leadership, translating complex topics into clear narratives
• Collaborate with first line business units and other risk partners to identify risks, manage issues, and promote a risk-aware culture across the organization

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management or related fields within a regulated financial institution
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong understanding of ERM frameworks, risk appetite, KRI programs, and the Three Lines of Defense model
• Experience in preparing risk reporting for senior executives and boards
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver high-quality outcomes under time pressure
