Job Summary

Seeking a highly strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, the remote full-time position will manage a team of Account Executives, drive high-performance sales execution, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance segment performance.

Key responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and individual contributions
  • Proactively identify and drive strategic initiatives to improve sales execution and productivity
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their performance and sales capabilities
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading quota-carrying enterprise sales teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • 10+ years in quota-carrying sales roles with a proven track record in complex enterprise deals
  • Experience in building and scaling enterprise sales motions, including account planning and multi-threaded engagement strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on forecasting accuracy and improving win rates
  • High executive presence and exceptional communication skills for engaging with C-suite and senior buyers
