Job Summary
Acting as a critical liaison between enterprise healthcare clients and internal teams, the full-time Senior Manager, Enterprise Solution Support will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational success in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise clients, addressing technology and analytics issues while educating users on best practices
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for common issues to streamline problem resolution and enhance self-service capabilities
- Proactively monitor and prioritize client-reported issues, documenting progress and communicating updates to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum of 5+ years in a Customer Success or similar role supporting enterprise SaaS product deployment, with experience in healthcare or health IT environments
- Proficiency with web-based platforms, API integrations, and enterprise-class software solutions
- Experience in direct technical support or customer-facing roles, demonstrating a track record of managing client expectations
- Demonstrated ability to track and prioritize multiple issues using ticketing systems or project management tools (e.g., JIRA)
