Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Engineering focused on Employee Experience and Productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's cloud adoption strategy, emphasizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions
• Oversee the implementation, integration, and user adoption of AI and integration tools to enhance employee experience and productivity
• Manage and optimize the CI/CD pipeline for deploying applications to a large user base, ensuring efficiency and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles, with at least 4 years focused on cloud architecture and operational management
• Prior experience leading technical teams for a minimum of 4 years
• Deep expertise in at least one major public cloud platform, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with AI applications and integration platforms for enterprise applications
