Job Summary
To support environmental due diligence initiatives across a growing U.S. data center portfolio, the full-time remote Senior Manager, Environmental Compliance will manage permitting processes, provide subject matter expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement standardized procedures and training programs for environmental due diligence and permitting
- Provide expertise on environmental assessments and permitting, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments
- Engage with external stakeholders and track changes to U.S. environmental regulations to develop compliance strategies
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in environmental permitting, compliance, and due diligence, preferably in data centers or large-scale industrial development
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, particularly in air quality and environmental noise
- Experience managing environmental permitting for high-impact infrastructure projects
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; a relevant graduate degree or certification is a plus
- Proven ability to communicate complex regulatory requirements effectively to diverse audiences
