Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety
Job Summary
To ensure the integration of safety practices in daily operations, the full-time Senior Manager, Environmental Health & Safety will lead the deployment of EH&S programs across the US, manage compliance activities, and support risk assessment and accident investigations in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage EH&S programs to promote safety across all sites
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Oversee the management of Workers Compensation claims and related processes
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Safety, Engineering, or related sciences preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety
- Safety Certification (CSP or CIH) preferred
- Expertise in OH&S legislation and regulations
- Strong investigative and auditing skills supported by formal training
