Job Summary

Leading the execution of technology for global events, the full-time Senior Manager, Event Technology will manage end-to-end technology solutions, oversee registration and attendee platforms, and ensure seamless integration across various systems in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of event technology across global conferences and employee events
• Lead delivery of registration and attendee management systems, ensuring alignment with reporting needs
• Manage content and speaker technology, overseeing session scheduling and content publishing

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in event technology or digital experience programs
• Proven track record in delivering large-scale events and managing vendor relationships
• Expertise in event platforms, registration systems, and data workflows
• Strong understanding of APIs and CRM ecosystems
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
