Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in events, community, and field marketing, with 2-3 years in a management role
• Strong background in B2B SaaS or tech, understanding the impact of events on pipeline
• Proven experience in building and scaling virtual events and webinars
• Experience in launching or growing a digital community
• Comfortable managing significant budgets ($500k+) and measuring ROI
