Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of executive compensation and equity strategies
- Manage equity grant cycles and administer global equity programs
- Conduct compensation analytics and provide insights to senior leadership on compensation philosophy
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR, Business, or related field; MBA or CCP preferred
- 7 - 10 years of experience in executive compensation and equity programs, preferably in the life sciences sector
- Experience supporting public company compensation committees and preparing proxy disclosures
