• Provide support and counsel to leadership on executive compensation-related items, including benchmarking and pay recommendations
• Lead the annual executive compensation planning process for various incentive programs
• Oversee vendor relationships and monitor executive compensation programs to ensure high-quality service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of HR experience or Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in annual incentive and equity-based compensation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
• Strong math and financial analytic skills
