Job Summary
Owning the executive compensation programs, the hybrid Senior Manager, Executive Compensation will manage the preparation for Compensation Committee meetings, oversee the annual proxy's compensation sections, and collaborate with Legal and Finance on regulatory compliance and incentive program design.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the compensation sections of the annual proxy, including narrative and compensation tables, while coordinating necessary legal disclosures
- Develop and maintain the annual Compensation Committee calendar, including market assessments and pay recommendations
- Administer executive equity awards and serve as the internal expert on executive compensation regulations and market practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience; professional compensation certification preferred
- 8+ years of compensation experience, specifically in executive compensation at a publicly traded company
- Strong understanding of executive compensation regulations, including Section 16 and ASC 718
- Experience in evaluating incentive effectiveness and recommending enhancements
- Advanced skills in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel and Power BI
