Job Summary

Managing large-scale experiential projects, the full-time Senior Manager, Experiential Operations will oversee technical event production, vendor relationships, and project budgets while working remotely across various locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of technical event production, ensuring seamless execution across multiple venues
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate logistics for large-scale projects, maintaining adherence to quality and sustainability standards
• Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 - 7 years of relevant operations experience in experiential, sports, or entertainment fields
• Strong understanding of the experiential landscape with proven project delivery capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
• Agency experience preferred
