Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Federal Policy & Reporting to oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to meet regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with client groups to facilitate effective regulatory reporting
• Perform detailed data analytics for submission to external regulators and provide insights on student success metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or data analytics preferred
• Six years of progressively responsible higher education experience in regulatory reporting and data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL coding
• Experience in mentoring and evaluating staff
• Ability to work independently and meet deliverables and objectives
