Key Responsibilities

Lead workforce strategy and execution, managing recruitment and onboarding of cleared technical talent
Collaborate with federal stakeholders to forecast staffing needs and ensure compliance with security requirements
Act as the Subject Matter Expert for labor law adherence and ensure compliance with federal contract regulations

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Federal Talent Acquisition, Program Management, or Workforce Operations
Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and SCA regulations
Proven ability in strategic demand planning and vendor management
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP Certification or active clearance preferred
