Senior Manager, Field Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary deal desk and field operations partner for Enterprise Sales, supporting complex deal structuring and approvals
• Build and maintain enterprise pipeline and forecasting views, driving analysis of pipeline quality and performance
• Lead key GTM initiatives and develop high-impact management and Board materials for senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 6-10 years of experience, including 2-4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm
• Experience in commercial strategy, sales operations, or GTM transformation in a technology or B2B environment
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including deal modeling and margin analysis
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; able to create executive-ready materials independently
