Senior Manager, Finance Data Platform

Job Summary

Leading the engineering and modernization of the Finance Data Platform, the full-time Senior Manager, Finance Data Platform will oversee a team responsible for delivering scalable data solutions while collaborating with Finance stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, delivery, and ongoing evolution of the Finance Data Platform
• Translate complex Finance requirements into scalable technical solutions and establish clear priorities across Finance enhancements
• Drive the modernization and migration of Finance data capabilities onto the enterprise Databricks Lakehouse platform

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering, enterprise data platforms, or financial data systems
• 3+ years of experience leading data engineering or financial data teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or comparable cloud data technologies
• Advanced SQL skills with knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, and performance optimization
• Strong understanding of financial data processes, including P&L, FP&A, and financial reporting
