Job Summary

Driving organizational transformation and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Manager, Finance Operations will manage key programs across global Finance teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance processes and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Streamline planning, intake, and prioritization processes across the Controllership to align with company goals
• Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring seamless execution of global initiatives
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize accounting processes and enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in Accounting and leading cross-functional projects
• Expertise in program management, executive communications, and reporting
• Experience with SOX controls and process improvement
• Proficiency with JIRA and project management tools
