Senior Manager, Finance Process

Job Summary

Senior Manager, Finance Process is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives to improve R2R processes and strengthen Finance master data governance within a global life sciences company.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives and workstreams to optimize finance operations and improve process efficiency
• Develop and map high-level process flows while translating business requirements into actionable recommendations
• Manage project risks and support training and adoption of new processes across Finance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems, business process improvement, or finance transformation
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA or FICO) within Record-to-Report (R2R) processes
• Proven experience in supporting or leading financial system implementations aligned with business processes
• Deep understanding of finance master data and its impact on financial reporting and records management
