Key Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare-focused finance transformation engagements, overseeing accounting, month-end close, and FP&A workstreams
• Implement robust accounting processes to address financial information gaps and enhance data accuracy
• Develop client relationships, identify performance improvement opportunities, and manage engagement operations

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in public accounting and operational accounting within the healthcare industry
• Experience in transforming accounting functions for healthcare private equity portfolios or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with EMRs and various revenue models
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and a forward-thinking approach to finance and technology
• CPA Certification is a plus, but not required
