Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Process and Program Management in Finance Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and redesign Finance-specific processes to enhance efficiency and compliance
• Support key program outcomes and ensure alignment among cross-functional stakeholders
• Implement data-driven decisions and manage relationships between Finance and data/reporting teams

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems support and process management focused on accounting and finance
• 4+ years of experience in driving technical improvements in an ERP environment
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, systems, and industry best practices
• Expertise in process mapping tools and experience in creating project documentation
• Experience in driving efficiency through Data Analytics, Automation, and AI
