Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategies for the Quote to Cash teams to meet performance targets and implement scalable business processes
• Manage Quote to Cash team members and oversee business processes including contracting, billing, and collections
• Provide world-class service to customers and manage disputes while ensuring compliance with policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in accounting, contracting, billing, and accounts services
• 3+ years of team leadership experience within finance or operations
• Experience in a SaaS eCommerce or subscription-based company preferred
• Strong capability with CRM, billing, and contracting software
