Senior Manager, Financial Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A to join their FP&A team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial support to business leaders, including setting Operating Plan and Strategy targets
• Prepare initiative ROI and recommend prioritization frameworks while tracking financial performance
• Evaluate and present financial results relative to budget and benchmark data, improving FP&A processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of finance experience including FP&A experience
• 4+ years of experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling
• 4+ years of experience partnering with C-level executives
