Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership in financial planning activities, the full-time Senior Manager, Financial Planning will manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and insights generation while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Leads financial planning, target-setting, and forecasting activities to support enterprise performance management
• Drives continuous improvement in FP&A processes, governance, reporting, and automation for enhanced efficiency
• Partners with business leaders to align forecasts and provide integrated financial perspectives across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
• 8+ years of experience in a related field
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of experience in a related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
• Proven adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
