Senior Manager, Financial Planning

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Manager, Financial Planning will work remotely to drive profitable growth through comprehensive financial analysis and collaboration with business and finance leaders across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the forecasting process and provide in-depth financial analysis to support business growth
• Collaborate with finance and business leadership to coordinate financial management reporting and drive margin improvement
• Translate operational outcomes into financial impacts while guiding business partners to achieve operational KPIs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or CPA) preferred
• 7 years of progressive finance experience, including a minimum of 5 years in management
• Experience with Enterprise Performance Management software (e.g., Adaptive Planning) and financial applications like WorkDay or NetSuite preferred
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial systems
• Clinical background and related experience preferred
