Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting & Compliance - Billing & Collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the Aged Trial Balance (ATB) and ensure accuracy and alignment with the Finance department
• Generate comprehensive accounts receivable reports and develop collections performance dashboards
• Lead month-end close activities and execute critical reconciliations with various systems

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial reporting, analytics, or accounts receivable management
• Experience with billing/payment platforms such as Zuora, Stripe, and Salesforce
• Strong foundation in GAAP accounting and financial controls
• Expert proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including complex formulas and data visualization
• Exceptional reconciliation skills with experience in resolving multi-system discrepancies
