Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of External Reporting and Technical Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and coordinate the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Lead environmental, sustainability, and governance reporting projects
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and drive process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 6+ years of public accounting or industry experience
• CPA designation required
• Experience in multi-national SEC public companies
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
