Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet logistics and pharmaceutical sample distribution, ensuring vendor performance and compliance
• Develop and maintain operational policies and training resources for fleet and sample management
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and ensure timely support for field operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fleet or samples management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong cross-functional experience with field support or commercial operations teams
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical samples
• Experience with fleet management platforms or sample distribution systems is preferred
