Senior Manager, Foodservice Distribution

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day strategic relationships with large broad-line distributors and key contract foodservice customers, the remote Senior Manager, Broadline Foodservice will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute distribution solutions that maximize efficiency and drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with large broad-line distributors and contract foodservice customers, serving as the primary point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute account strategies that align with business goals and ensure product availability
• Monitor industry trends and drive revenue growth within assigned accounts while providing insights to inform team strategy

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in distribution, supply chain management, or the foodservice industry, including 2-4 years in a supervisory role
• Experience building relationships with large broad-liners and contract foodservice customers
• Strong knowledge of foodservice distribution systems and logistics
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes
• Emerging leadership capabilities with experience coaching or mentoring individual contributors
