Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A - Consolidations.

Key Responsibilities

• Consolidate company P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting and forecasting
• Lead and improve forecasting exercises and variance analyses
• Drive process and reporting automation while supervising and mentoring Finance Managers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Finance experience with budget consolidation and forecasting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, preferably in Retail and E-commerce
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with financial reporting systems, preferably NetSuite
• Proven ability to supervise and develop high-performing Finance staff
