Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and rolling forecasts, providing recommendations for senior leadership decision making
• Lead the financial narrative and prepare materials for executive leadership and Board level reporting
• Oversee the creation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a closely related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, FP&A, investment banking, or private equity environments
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, and Power BI
• Proven experience managing a team of analysts and delivering accurate and timely work products
• Ability to lead complex analyses and synthesize recommendations for senior executives
