Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, FP&A - Care Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a strategic finance partner to executives and clinical operations leadership
Lead a finance team to drive outcomes and promote a culture of continuous improvement
Manage financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the Virtual Care Delivery business unit

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of operational FP&A experience with cost center oversight
Experience in financial statement analysis and accounting principles
Strong systems skills, particularly with forecasting tools like Anaplan
Experience in healthcare, specifically in clinic delivery
Ability to influence leadership through data analysis presentation
