Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, FP&A, Health Plan & Health Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and multi-year forecasting processes for the Health Plan & Health Systems vertical
• Act as a key stakeholder in leadership meetings, translating financial data into actionable strategies
• Oversee and develop a Manager, FP&A, while designing scalable financial processes tailored to health systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance, with at least 3+ years in the Healthcare industry
• Deep understanding of healthcare-specific financial metrics, including PMPM analysis and Value-Based Care models
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing professional-level staff
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and experience with ERP/EPM tools
