Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the annual operating budget process and align financial targets with corporate strategy
• Develop quarterly rolling financial forecasts and manage budget conversations with senior leadership
• Conduct variance analyses and oversee the development of monthly financial review packages for key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling within the financial services or fintech industry
• Proven track record of building financial infrastructure and analytics from the ground up
• Experience modeling GAAP financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Strong project management skills with experience executing complex financial projects
