Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

To support financial leadership for the Technology and Product organization, the fully remote Senior Manager, FP&A will manage integrated financial views, enforce product-level P&L governance, and facilitate collaboration across finance and business teams to drive actionable insights and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain clear, integrated financial views across capital investment, operating expense, cash, and product performance
• Develop and enforce product-level P&L governance, ensuring consistency and accountability across teams
• Lead the development of executive presentations by orchestrating inputs across teams and shaping a cohesive storyline for leadership

Required qualifications

• 7-10+ years of FP&A experience supporting complex product, technology, or engineering organizations
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis capabilities
• Experience with product-level financials and P&L governance
• Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complexity into clear, executive-level insights
