Senior Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Senior Manager, FP&A will serve as a finance business partner to the Corporate or GTM organization, owning P&Ls, building financial models, and managing a Senior Financial Analyst in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Senior Leadership Team, supporting hiring and investment decisions
• Own P&L management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead the development of driver-based financial models and oversee planning cadences

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, including direct partnership with C-Level executives
• Direct people management experience with a track record of hiring and coaching finance team members
• Deep understanding of SaaS cost structures and proven driver-based modeling skills
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning platforms such as Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar
• Clear, executive-ready communication skills with the ability to work autonomously
