Job Summary

A company is looking for a FLEX Senior Manager, Top Line Franchise Service and Support, US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to improve Top Line performance for Marriott branded hotels managed by franchise companies
  • Develop and deliver performance reviews and insights to franchise management executives
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance system adoption and engagement strategies


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • At least five years of experience in Revenue Management and/or Sales, with a proven track record of performance
  • A minimum of three years of leadership experience
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in solving business problems
  • Knowledge of Marriott's systems is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred
